To keep your accessories looking like new just rinse them with water. If Biothane is psrticularly dirty you can use a soft sponge with a mild detergent.
A patina may form on brass fittings which in no way affects their quality and functionality.
To prevent this, it is enough to wipe them with a cloth once in a while and remove the patina.
